Ingredients:

  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed all spices 1 tsp
  • Ghee as required
  • Flour 2 tbsp

For Parathay:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Boil gram lentil, remember it it tender. It should not be more soft.
  2. Now cool it and grind in chopper.
  3. Then mix chopped green coriander, chopped mint leaves, crushed red chilies, salt, crushed all spices, chopped green chilies and lemon juice and leave it for a while.
  4. Now mix salt in flour, knead it, make one one portions, roll like roti, take some lentil and spread in center.
  5. Spread 2 tbsp wet flour on edges.
  6. Then roll second roti, keep on top, press edges and close it. Paratha is ready.
  7. Now heat tawa and toast parathay like roti.
  8. Also spread ghee with wooden spoon.
  9. When toast on both sides and serve with red chili and green chili chutney.
  10. Also keep imli ki khatti meethi ki chutney.
