Ingredients:

  • Degi red chilies 4
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Lemon 1
  • White vinegar few drops
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash degi red chilies and boil with some water and white vinegar.
  2. Now blend with cumin and garlic cloves in blender.
  3. Then heat oil in frying pan and fry grinded chutney lightly.
  4. Then put salt and lemon juice.
  5. Lal mirch ki chutney is ready.
