Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Whole spices 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Grinded cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes (big pieces) 2
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry potatoes until light golden. Now take it out.
  2. Then fry onion in this oil until light golden.
  3. Now take it out, crush with hands, fry whole spices and ginger garlic paste with mutton for 10 minutes, add salt, chili powder, coriander powder, grinded cumin and turmeric, fry it nicely for 2-3 minutes and put some water.
  4. Then add 2 cup water and cook until meat is nearly tender.
  5. Now put crushed & fried onion, fried potatoes and all spice, fry it nicely, cover it and simmer it until potatoes and meat tender and oil comes up.
  6. In end, put chopped coriander and green chilies.
