Ingredients:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Powdered milk 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Flaked coconut 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Make syrup of water and sugar.
  2. Now heat ghee, put green cardamom and semolina and fry on low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. When it becomes jaal, add syrup immediately.
  4. Then put powdered milk and desiccated coconut and mix it fast.
  5. Now take out mixture in greased and foiled line rectangular pan.
  6. Then cut into pieces and garnish with flaked coconut.
