Sooji Aur Naryal Ki Tukri by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 4
- Semolina 1 cup
- Powdered milk 1 cup
- Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
- Flaked coconut 4 tbsp
Method:
- Make syrup of water and sugar.
- Now heat ghee, put green cardamom and semolina and fry on low flame for 10 minutes.
- When it becomes jaal, add syrup immediately.
- Then put powdered milk and desiccated coconut and mix it fast.
- Now take out mixture in greased and foiled line rectangular pan.
- Then cut into pieces and garnish with flaked coconut.
