Ingredients:
- Sweet bread 4 slices
- Custard powder 2 tbsp
- Boiled milk 1-1/2 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Almonds 1/2 cup
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Kewra 1/2 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- Soak sweet bread in boiled milk.
- Then blend it.
- Cook remaining bread on stove.
- When it boils, add bread slice, sugar and saffron and cook on low flame.
- Then put dissolved custard powder.
- When thick, put grinded almonds.
- Then add kewra and cream.
- Then take put in dish and garnish with silver paper.
