Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
For Making Masala:
- Onions 1
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt and garlic paste.
- Now fry masala chicken in hot oil, take it out and fry onion in remaining oil until brown.
- Then put crushed red chilies, cumin, curry leaves, salt, black pepper and green coriander and cook for 1 minute.
- In end, put fried chicken, coat with masala and close stove.
