Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

For Making Masala:

  • Onions 1
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt and garlic paste.
  2. Now fry masala chicken in hot oil, take it out and fry onion in remaining oil until brown.
  3. Then put crushed red chilies, cumin, curry leaves, salt, black pepper and green coriander and cook for 1 minute.
  4. In end, put fried chicken, coat with masala and close stove.
