Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless 700 gm
  • Corn flour as required
  • Egg whites 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/3 tsp
  • Fenugreek powder 1/3 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Orange food color 1 pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add egg whites, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, lemon juice, carom seeds, fenugreek powder, orange food color, all purpose flour and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and make batter.
  2. Now cut boneless fish in fingers, marinate with batter and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry fish fingers.
  4. Then take it out in plate on tissue paper so that oil is absorbed.
  5. In end, take it out in serving dish and serve.
