Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless 700 gm
  • Chopped garlic 6-5 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with salt, fry it and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic.
  3. Now add yogurt, curry powder, white vinegar, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, green chilies and salt, mix it nicely and roast it.
  4. Masala is roasted, add lemon juice and mix it.
  5. Put on fried fish, mix with light hands.
  6. In end, dish out, garnish with green coriander and serve.
