Dhaba Bhuna Chicken by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Large onion slices 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander roasted 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in karahi and fry onion slices for 5 minutes.
  2. Also put chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder and turmeric, fry it nicely, cover it and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Then put coriander roasted, cumin roasted, all spice, coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger, fry it nicely and serve with naan.
