Mango Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes 3-4
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 1 can

For Garnish:

  • Mango 1
  • Cream whipped 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. In blender, put mango chunks, condensed milk and cream and blend till smooth and freeze in an airtight tin.
  2. Remove once half set and beat up and again freeze.
  3. Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beat again 3 times.
  4. Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.
