Ingredients:

  • Drumsticks 6
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Hold upper part of drumsticks, peel it, bring down meat on bottom, but it should not be separated from bone.
  2. Now marinate with beaten egg, oregano, mustard paste, garlic paste, roasted cumin, crushed red chilies, thyme, salt, vinegar and black pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then sprinkle corn flour, heat oil, fry it until golden brown and take it out.
  4. Lollipop drumsticks are ready.
