Ingredients:
- Drumsticks 6
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
- Thyme 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Hold upper part of drumsticks, peel it, bring down meat on bottom, but it should not be separated from bone.
- Now marinate with beaten egg, oregano, mustard paste, garlic paste, roasted cumin, crushed red chilies, thyme, salt, vinegar and black pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then sprinkle corn flour, heat oil, fry it until golden brown and take it out.
- Lollipop drumsticks are ready.
