Ingredients:

  • Lady finger 1 kg
  • Finely chopped almonds 15
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilies as required
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash lady finger and dry it.
  2. Then cut it into long.
  3. Now heat oil in karahi, deep fry lady finger until golden brown, take it out and spread on tissue so that it becomes crisp.
  4. When serve, heat it lightly.
  5. Roast almonds lightly and mix lady finger and almonds in dish.
  6. Then mix salt, crushed red chilies and chaat masala and serve hot.
