Ingredients:

For Donut Sandwich:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Cucumber 2-3
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • BBQ masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For donut sandwich: Add all ingredients in flour, knead with lukewarm milk or water and leave in warm place for 3-4 hours.
  2. Now take it out and fold dough with hands.
  3. Then make big portions, make hole in center and leave it for a while.
  4. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C, take it out and cut from center.
  5. For filling: Cut boneless chicken into thin slices.
  6. Put black pepper, bbq masala, garlic paste, salt and oil in bowl, mix it and grill on grill pan.
  7. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into slices.
  8. For sauce: Mix salt, mustard paste, mayonnaise and black pepper in mixing bowl. Sauce is ready.
  9. For sandwich: Cut sandwich from center.
  10. Now keep lower piece.
  11. Put sauce. Keep tomato.
  12. Keep chicken piece. Keep cucumber and salad leaves and keep second piece on top.
  13. In end, keep in serving plate and serve.
