Ingredients:
For Donut Sandwich:
- Flour 500 gm
- Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Cucumber 2-3
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- BBQ masala 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For donut sandwich: Add all ingredients in flour, knead with lukewarm milk or water and leave in warm place for 3-4 hours.
- Now take it out and fold dough with hands.
- Then make big portions, make hole in center and leave it for a while.
- Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C, take it out and cut from center.
- For filling: Cut boneless chicken into thin slices.
- Put black pepper, bbq masala, garlic paste, salt and oil in bowl, mix it and grill on grill pan.
- Cut tomatoes and cucumber into slices.
- For sauce: Mix salt, mustard paste, mayonnaise and black pepper in mixing bowl. Sauce is ready.
- For sandwich: Cut sandwich from center.
- Now keep lower piece.
- Put sauce. Keep tomato.
- Keep chicken piece. Keep cucumber and salad leaves and keep second piece on top.
- In end, keep in serving plate and serve.
