Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Eggs 4
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Chocolate bar as required
- Chocolate chip as required
- Coconut powder as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
- Put maida, butter, baking powder, yeast, sugar and salt, knead with milk or water nicely and leave for 1 hour.
- Now roll 1 roti of this dough, it should be 1-1/2 inch thick.
- Now cut round with donuts mould or glass and make hole with any small thing.
- Then deep fry equally from both sides on low flame.
- Donuts should be in dark color.
- Put chocolate bar in mixing bowl, keep on top of water and melt chocolate.
- Now spread chocolate on one side of donuts.
- Garnish with coconut and chocolate chip and keep for cool.
