Ingredients:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate bar as required
  • Chocolate chip as required
  • Coconut powder as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Put maida, butter, baking powder, yeast, sugar and salt, knead with milk or water nicely and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Now roll 1 roti of this dough, it should be 1-1/2 inch thick.
  4. Now cut round with donuts mould or glass and make hole with any small thing.
  5. Then deep fry equally from both sides on low flame.
  6. Donuts should be in dark color.
  7. Put chocolate bar in mixing bowl, keep on top of water and melt chocolate.
  8. Now spread chocolate on one side of donuts.
  9. Garnish with coconut and chocolate chip and keep for cool.
