Fried Chicken Tikka Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Orange red color 1 pinch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
For Batter:
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Thick yogurt 3 tbsp
- Water as required
Method:
- Marinate boneless chicken cubes with all ingredients.
- For batter: Put all ingredients in bowl, mix it and make thick batter.
- Now put chicken cubes on skewers.
- Now dip skewers in batter and deep fry until light golden.
- Then sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
