Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Orange red color 1 pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Batter:

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Thick yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Marinate boneless chicken cubes with all ingredients.
  2. For batter: Put all ingredients in bowl, mix it and make thick batter.
  3. Now put chicken cubes on skewers.
  4. Now dip skewers in batter and deep fry until light golden.
  5. Then sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
