Nargisi Chicken Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 grinded
- Khoya 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Spinach leaves 250 gm
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chicken until light golden.
- Now take it out from oil and fry onion grinded and ginger garlic for 5 minutes.
- Then cook coriander powder, salt, chili powder, chicken and 1/2 cup water until chicken tender.
- Dissolve saffron in little water and put in chicken mixture.
- Now take chicken from masalay and keep it aside.
- Then heat 1/4 cup oil in pan and fry spinach leaves with masalay nicely.
- Now cook on low flame so that spinach cooks.
- Beat eggs and spread on spinach.
- When eggs set, put chicken on it and take it out in serving dish.
