Ingredients:

  • Potato (cubed and boiled) 1 cup
  • Carrot (cubed and boiled) 1/2 cup
  • Peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 2
  • Fruit cocktail 1 medium tin
  • Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
  • Pineapple jelly 1 packet
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Dissolve gelatin powder and pineapple jelly in water.
  2. Now put mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, white pepper, caster sugar, fruit cocktail, potato, carrot, peas and cucumber and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put this mixture in jelly mould and leave for 4 hours so that it nicely sets.
  4. Now keep salad leaves on plate, take put mixture by turning mould, decorate and serve.
