Ingredients:
- Butter cake 1 pound
- Coffee 1 tbsp
- Water 3/4 cup
- Cream cheese 200 gm
- Fresh cream whipped 200 gm
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
- Crunchy chocolate 2 bars
Method:
- Mix coffee and hot water in small bowl and keep it aside.
- Cut butter cake into slices and spread it on sides and base of deep pie plate.
- Then put coffee.
- Beat cream cheese, caster sugar and chocolate syrup in medium bowl until smooth.
- Now add cream whipped and spread filling.
- Sprinkle crunchy chocolate on top, cool in fridge and serve.
