     DIFFERENT FLAVOR PIZZZA BITES

INGREDIENTS:

FOR TOPPING:
  • Pizza dough: 250 gm
  • Boneless fish: 250 gm
  • Prawns: 250 gm
  • Eggs: 2
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour: 2tbsp
  • Food color: 1 pinch
  • Pizza sauce: 1 cup
  • Chili pickle: 1 cup
  • Cucumber pickle: 1 cup
  • Mushrooms: 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Green chilies: 5-6
  • Capsicum: 2
  • Jalepeno: 2
  • Sliced olives: 1/2 cup
  • Grated mozerella: 400 gm
  • Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  • Butter: 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil: for fry
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. In a mixing bowl add eggd white, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, all spice powder, food color, salt and mix all together and marinate fish and prawns in it for half an hour, later deep fry them and put in tissue paper for oil soaking.
  2. For topping greence oven tray with butter, now make samall balls of pizza dough and set them on tray.
  3. Now apply pizza sauce on pizza dough and then set prawns and fish on them.
  4. On the other pizza dough ball add mushrooms, chili pickle and cucumber pickle on them.
  5. On the other one add tomatoes, green chilies, capsicum on it.
  6. Now garnish mozerella cheese on all pizza dough balls, now sprinkle oregano and add oilves on them and press with hand.
  7. Now bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 C, and serve.

                            TWISTER

INGREDIENTS:

FOR CHICKEN
  • Chicken breast: 500 gm
  • Eggs: 3
  • White flour: 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour: 1 cup
  • Corn flour: 1 cup
  • Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder: 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste: 3 tbsp
  • Chicken powder: 3 tbsp
  • White vinegar: 3tbsp
  • Oil: for fry
  • Salt: to taste
FOR GARLIC SAUCE:
  • Cream : 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves: 6 to 8
  • Garlic cloves: 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken cube: 1
  • Lemon juice: 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
FOR CHAPATTI:
  • Flour: 1/2 kg
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. Boil garlic cloves then add all sauce material in blender and all make a paste by blending.
FOR MAKING CHAPATTIS:
  1. Make dough by adding salt and water in flour, now make chappatis of them.
FOR MAKING CHICKEN:
  1. Make slices of chicken and flatten them by pressing and them in mixing bowl, now add white vinegar, salt, mustard paste, red chili powder , garlic powder, and for marination for 1 hour. 
  2. Mix all remaing ingredients in a bowl a make a dry  mixture.
  3. Now roll the marinated chicken in a dry mixture then dip them in eggs and deep fry them.
  4. Now put this chicken in chappatis with lettuce and ice burg and roll.
