            MUTTON SAAG GHOTALA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton: 1/2 kg
  • Spinach:250 gm
  • Saag: 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste: 2tbsp
  • Onion: 2
  • Green chilies: 3/4
  • Chopped red chili: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Butter: 4/5 tbsp
  • Oil" 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. Fry ginger garlic paste and onion in heated oil, now add mutton in it and cook, now add water in it and cook and keep seperated
  2. Now in a pot add saag, ginger garlic paste, spinach, chopped red chili onion and water and cook until water starts to dissolve, mash it and keep separate.
  3. Now in a pan heat oil and butter and fry ginger garlic paste in it, chopped red chili, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, all spice powder, and cook.
  4. Now add it into saag and add beef in it and mix.

                      PISTA HALWA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pista paste: 1 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 kg
  • Sugar: 2 cup
  • Semolina: 250 gm
  • Pistachio essence: as required
  • Green food color: 1 pinch
  • Clarified butter: 1 cup

METHOD:

  1. Cook semolina in a pan with milk and green food color, now add water in it and cook unyil water dissloves,
  2. Add butter
  3. Add pista paste and pista essence in it and cook until oil starts to come out.
  4. Dish out and serve.
