Chocolate Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Condensed milk 300 ml
- Dark chocolate 180 gm
- Cream 500 ml
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Melt chocolate and set aside to cool.
- In bowl, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder and melted chocolate
- In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla essence and chocolate mixture to cream and gently fold using a spatula.
- Keep folding until completely mixed.
- Pour ice cream mixture into an air-tight container and cover with cling wrap, make sure cling touche mixture directly so no film can form over. Freeze overnight.
- You can mix in marshmallows, walnuts, almonds, fresh fruits, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, cookies etc.
