Chocolate Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk 300 ml
  • Dark chocolate 180 gm
  • Cream 500 ml
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate and set aside to cool.
  2. In bowl, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder and melted chocolate
  3.  In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add vanilla essence and chocolate mixture to cream and gently fold using a spatula.
  5. Keep folding until completely mixed.
  6. Pour ice cream mixture into an air-tight container and cover with cling wrap, make sure cling touche mixture directly so no film can form over. Freeze overnight.
  7. You can mix in marshmallows, walnuts, almonds, fresh fruits, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, cookies etc.
