Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped carrots 2
- Green onions 2
- Potatoes 2
- Green chilies 6
- Curry leaves 6
- Peeled peas 1 cup
- Chopped green beans 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Gram flour 3 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
- Oil 1 cup
- Garlic cloves 3
- Fenugreek seeds 6
- Curry leaves 6
- Whole red chilies 8
- Roasted coriander 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
Method:
- Beat gram flour and yogurt.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric and 4 cups water, roast in pot and boil it.
- Also spread oil or ghee on sides of pot so that kadhi does not comes out.
- Then put curry leaves, green chilies and white vinegar at time of boiling and when it boils, add salt.
- Also stir it with wooden spoon.
- Then put chopped green coriander, chopped carrots, green onions, peeled peas, green beans, potatoes and cauliflower and cook on low flame.
- When all vegetables tender, sabziyon ki kadhi is ready.
- For bhagar: Heat oil in pan and put all ingredients, do it black and add in kadhi.
- Serve sabziyon ki kadhi with plain rice.
