Chicken Do Piyaza by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Chicken 14 pieces or 1-1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- All spices as required
- Green chilies 4
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Chopped onions 8
- Red chilies 8
- Dry mango pieces 4-5
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, put chopped onions, fry until light pink and take it out.
- Now put chicken pieces.
- Add turmeric and salt in chicken and dry its own water.
- Then roast it lightly, put fried onion, yogurt, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, red chilies, dry mango pieces, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and all spices and cook on low flame.
- When water dries, roast it lightly and put green chilies.
- Serve chicken do piyaza with hot hot chapati.
