Fish Vegetable Sizzling Platter by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 700 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 5-6
  • Onion 1
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • All purpose flour (Maida) as required
  • Sesame seeds oil 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Stir Fry Vegetables:

  • Mix vegetables 200 gm
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Butter as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For fish: Marinate fish with garlic paste and salt, coat with maida, fry it and keep it aside.
  2. How heat sesame seeds oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic.
  3. Then add chili garlic sauce and Chinese salt and roast it.
  4. Now put brown sugar and mix it.
  5. Then add fried fish, mix it and remove it.
  6. For stir fry vegetables: Put butter in pan, add mix vegetables, black pepper and salt, stir fry it and take it out.
  7. For serving: Heat sizzling platter, put fish mixture, also put stir fried vegetables and serve.
