Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 700 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 5-6
- Onion 1
- Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- All purpose flour (Maida) as required
- Sesame seeds oil 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Stir Fry Vegetables:
- Mix vegetables 200 gm
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Butter as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For fish: Marinate fish with garlic paste and salt, coat with maida, fry it and keep it aside.
- How heat sesame seeds oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic.
- Then add chili garlic sauce and Chinese salt and roast it.
- Now put brown sugar and mix it.
- Then add fried fish, mix it and remove it.
- For stir fry vegetables: Put butter in pan, add mix vegetables, black pepper and salt, stir fry it and take it out.
- For serving: Heat sizzling platter, put fish mixture, also put stir fried vegetables and serve.
