Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Rice 750 gm
- Green chilies 30
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Mint 1 bunch
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Butter 4 oz
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Grinded cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Zarda color 1/4 tsp
- Kewra water 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, salt, cream, crushed black pepper, cumin, red pepper, cardamom and ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.
- Heat butter and oil in sand handi.
- Put marinated chicken, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- Boil rice with salt and water as required.
- When chicken tender, spread green chilies, coriander leaves and mint.
- Then spread boiled rice.
- In end, mix zarda color and kewra water and spread on rice.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- Then take out coal and simmer more for 20 minutes on low flame.
