Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water to make batter
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs 2

For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander, Green chilies as required

Method:

  1. For mince: Heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft.
  2. Now add chicken mince, ginger garlic, salt and black pepper, cover it and cook on low flame until mince tender.
  3. Then put all spice, chaat masala, green coriander and green chilies.
  4. For roll: Mix flour, salt and egg, add water and make thick batter.
  5. Now make thin pan cakes.
  6. Fill with chicken, roll it, dip in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Then shallow fry until golden brown.
