Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Water to make batter
- Oil for frying
- Bread crumbs as required
- Eggs 2
For Filling:
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Coriander, Green chilies as required
Method:
- For mince: Heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft.
- Now add chicken mince, ginger garlic, salt and black pepper, cover it and cook on low flame until mince tender.
- Then put all spice, chaat masala, green coriander and green chilies.
- For roll: Mix flour, salt and egg, add water and make thick batter.
- Now make thin pan cakes.
- Fill with chicken, roll it, dip in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
- Then shallow fry until golden brown.
