Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Green color few drops
- Custard powder 1 tbsp
- Pumpkin grated 2 cups
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Malai 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mix milk and pumpkin and boil for 10 minutes.
- Now add sugar, khoya and malai and cook until thick.
- Then dissolved custard powder in 1/4 cup cold milk and stir it continuously until mixture is thick.
- Then put green color and cardamom powder, mix it nicely, chill it and serve.
