Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Green color few drops
  • Custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Pumpkin grated 2 cups
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Malai 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix milk and pumpkin and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add sugar, khoya and malai and cook until thick.
  3. Then dissolved custard powder in 1/4 cup cold milk and stir it continuously until mixture is thick.
  4. Then put green color and cardamom powder, mix it nicely, chill it and serve.
