Desi Spaghetti by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
  • Onion 1-2
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes 250 gm
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry 1-2 onion until brown.
  2. Now put chicken mince, ginger garlic, crushed red chilies and black pepper and roast on high flame.
  3. When water dries, put tomatoes, tomato ketchup, carrot, capsicum, soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar and close stove.
  4. Now add spaghetti and boiled eggs.
  5. In end, put green coriander and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Desi spaghetti is ready.
