Instant Chocolate Cake With Topping by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Flour 1-1/2 cup
• Sugar 1 cup
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
• Cream 1/2 cup

For Topping:

• Condensed milk 1/2 cup
• Cream 1 cup
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
• Ice cream 2 cup
• Almonds roasted 1/2 cup
  

Method:

1. For chocolate cake: Mix flour, sugar, oil, cocoa powder and cream nicely.
2. Now put in bowl and bake in micro wave for 6 minutes.
3. For topping: Beat cream, vanilla essence and ice cream in pan.
4. Now put on cake, put inside it with stick so that cream absorbs.
5. Then put almonds and serve it.
