Arabi Halawa Ingredients: dates 1 kg fig 250 gm pistachios 250 gm almond 250 gm walnut 125 gm glucose liquid 2 tbsp ghee 3 tbsp honey for garnish Method: Take the seeds out of the dates Soak almonds and pistachios in hot water and remove the peels In a pan cook ghee,glucose and dates until they all mix together. Then add in almonds,figs,pistachios , walnuts and cook well Pour the mixture on a greased tray let it cook then cut in squares. Garnish with walnuts and honey and serve
Baisan Ky Ladoo Ingredients: Gram flour 1/2 kg ghee 400 gm sugar 1 kg pistachio 10 mg almond 10 mg cardamom 10 gm yellow colour as required method: Add gram flour into ghee and cook it, when you can smell it take it off the stove. Then add in cardamoms, yellow colour and leave it to cool In 1/2 kg of water add sugar make a thick sugar syrup add in colour kat and take it off and keep stirring it. When it dries sieve it and add it to the gram flour. Add in crushed pistachios , almonds,make ladoos and serve.
Daal Sev Ingredients Lentil red (masoor) 1/4 kg oil 1 kg gram flour 250 gm zarda colour 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chaat masala to taste Method: Spread the soaked lentil on a cloth keep it until it gets dried. Heat oil in a pan and fry the dried masoor daal. In a bowl add gram flour , zarda colour,salt and prepare a mixture Put the mixture in a machine and press, fry the sev and take it out Mix the daal and sev together , sprinkle chat masala on top and serve.
