Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream of coconut 1 can (14 Oz)
  • Cream 1-1/2 cups
  • Sweetened flaked coconut (optional) 1-1/2 cups

Method:

  1. Pour milk and cream of coconut in blender and mix thoroughly.
  2. Stir in cream and flaked coconut.
  3. Freeze in airtight container and let set overnight before serving.
