Ingredients:
For Prawns:
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Sesame seed oil few drops
- Jaggery 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Vegetables:
- Cauliflower 1
- Capsicum 3
- Onions 3
- Pineapple cubes 6
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix prawns, corn flour, chicken cube flour, eggs, salt and sugar in bowl and beat it nicely.
- Then dip each prawn in this mixture, deep fry in hot oil until golden, take it out and keep on paper so that oil is absorbed.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl and make thick sauce on low flame stirring continuously with wooden spoon.
- Now heat oil in wok (karahi pan) and put capsicum, cauliflower and onions.
- Then stir fast on high flame, put vinegar, soya sauce, white pepper, salt and sugar and close stove.
- In end, mix prawns, sauce and vegetables and heat it.
- Sweet & sour prawns are ready.
