Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Green onion leaves 1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • Yellow food color a pinch
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Eggs 6
  • Chopped garlic cloves 6
  • Oil 1/2  cup
  • Sesame seed oil few drops
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Now boil rice with lots of water in big pot.
  3. Also put vinegar and salt.
  4. When it boils 2/4, drain water and simmer it.
  5. When rice is simmered, take it out and spread on paper.
  6. Rice will be dry and crisp.
  7. Then heat oil in wok and fry garlic cloves until golden brown.
  8. Then beat eggs, mix yellow food color, put in oil and stir it fast.
  9. When eggs becomes pieces, add carrot, capsicum, green onion leaves, soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar and chicken cube flour, roast it and put rice.
  10. Now take 2 spoons in hand and do up down rice on high flame.
  11. When all ingredients are mixed, put sesame seeds oil and serve hot.
