Ingredients:
- Rice 1 kg
- Green onion leaves 1 cup
- Chopped capsicum 1 cup
- Yellow food color a pinch
- Chopped carrots 2
- Eggs 6
- Chopped garlic cloves 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Sesame seed oil few drops
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes.
- Now boil rice with lots of water in big pot.
- Also put vinegar and salt.
- When it boils 2/4, drain water and simmer it.
- When rice is simmered, take it out and spread on paper.
- Rice will be dry and crisp.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry garlic cloves until golden brown.
- Then beat eggs, mix yellow food color, put in oil and stir it fast.
- When eggs becomes pieces, add carrot, capsicum, green onion leaves,
soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar and chicken cube flour, roast it and
put rice.
- Now take 2 spoons in hand and do up down rice on high flame.
- When all ingredients are mixed, put sesame seeds oil and serve hot.
