Ingredients:

  • Pineapple 1 can
  • Maida 2-1/2 cup
  • Icing sugar 2 cup
  • Eggs 4-6
  • Baking powder 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Fruit as required
  • Milk as required

Method:

  1. Put half can pineapple in blender jug, make paste and keep it aside.
  2. Now beat icing sugar and eggs with batter nicely in mixing bowl.
  3. Then add butter and beat again with batter nicely.
  4. Now put baking powder and pineapple paste and mix it nicely.
  5. Then put maida and fold with spoon.
  6. Noe add milk and make batter smooth.
  7. Then spread butter on one cake mold.
  8. Then sprinkle brown sugar, spread remaining pineapple rings on base, cut fruits chunks, put in center of pineapple rings and set it.
  9. Now put batter carefully, so that pineapple rings remain set on its place.
  10. Then cover cake mold with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
  11. Then take out cake from cake mold and turn it.
  12. Pineapple upside down cake is ready.
