Ingredients:
- Pineapple 1 can
- Maida 2-1/2 cup
- Icing sugar 2 cup
- Eggs 4-6
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Butter 150 gm
- Fruit as required
- Milk as required
Method:
- Put half can pineapple in blender jug, make paste and keep it aside.
- Now beat icing sugar and eggs with batter nicely in mixing bowl.
- Then add butter and beat again with batter nicely.
- Now put baking powder and pineapple paste and mix it nicely.
- Then put maida and fold with spoon.
- Noe add milk and make batter smooth.
- Then spread butter on one cake mold.
- Then sprinkle brown sugar, spread remaining pineapple rings on base, cut fruits chunks, put in center of pineapple rings and set it.
- Now put batter carefully, so that pineapple rings remain set on its place.
- Then cover cake mold with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
- Then take out cake from cake mold and turn it.
- Pineapple upside down cake is ready.
