Ingredients:
- Chopped mince 250 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Thick tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Achar masala 2 tbsp
Method:
- Dissect green chilies.
- Now mix chopped mince, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala, salt, crushed red chilies and jaggery and fill in chilies.
- Then heat oil, fry chilies and fill in bottle.
- In end, put remaining oil and use as needed.
