Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cream 2 packets
  • Rose syrup 1/2 cup
  • Crushed cardamom 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sliced pistachios 1/2 cup
  • Red food color 1 pinch
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Rose water 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cook milk.
  2. When it boils, put crushed sugar, cream, corn flour and cardamom, stir with spoon, close stove and cool it.
  3. Now add red food color, rose water and rose syrup and mix it.
  4. Then cool it, put in mold and freeze it.
  5. In end, take it it out, coat with sliced pistachios and serve.
