Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 2
- Green chilies 6
- Roasted sesame seeds 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix green coriander and green chilies and grind chutney.
- Then mix beef mince, bread slices and seekh kabab masala and grind in chopper.
- Now mix green chutney, egg, black pepper, salt and sesame seeds and knead it nicely.
- Then grease hands, make small small kabab and shallow fry it.
- When golden brown, serve delicious kabab with hot parathay.
