Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Roasted sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix green coriander and green chilies and grind chutney.
  2. Then mix beef mince, bread slices and seekh kabab masala and grind in chopper.
  3. Now mix green chutney, egg, black pepper, salt and sesame seeds and knead it nicely.
  4. Then grease hands, make small small kabab and shallow fry it.
  5. When golden brown, serve delicious kabab with hot parathay.
