Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Sugar 2 cups
- Khoya 250 gm
- Chopped almonds 25
- Small cardamoms 8
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Rice flour 4-5 tbsp
- Condensed milk 1/2 tin
Method:
- Mix small cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar and grind it.
- Put fresh milk and crushed cardamom in pot and cook it.
- When milk is thick, add sugar.
- Sugar dissolves nicely in milk, put boiled and blended vermicelli and cook for a while.
- Then put rice flour slowly slowly in some cold milk, thick it and close stove.
- Then cook almonds with some sugar and make caramel sauce.
- Then mix khoya, almonds and condensed milk and beat it nicely.
- Freeze in one bowl or freeze in kulfi mold.
- Badami kulfi is ready.
