heese Cake Swirls Brownies by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

For Cheese Cake Mix:

• Egg 1
• Cream cheese 100 gm
• Caster sugar 2 oz
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Brownie Mixture:

• Plain chocolate 5 oz
• Butter 4-1/2 oz
• Brown sugar 6 oz
• Eggs 2
• Flour 3 oz
  

Method:

1. Preheat oven on 160 degrees C.
2. Grease and line 8 inch square pan.
3. For cheese cake mixture: Mix all ingredients, beat for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
4. For brownie mixture: Melt butter and plain chocolate for 1 minute.
5. Then take it out, then put in brown sugar and beaten eggs, beat it and fold flour in it.
6. Now put 2/3 mixture in tin.
7. Then put cheese cake mixture and put remaining brownie mixture.
8. Now make swirl on mixture, bake for 30 minutes, cool it, cut in squares and serve it.
