Garlic Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 4 cups
- Crushed garlic 3 tbsp
- Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry crushed garlic until light golden.
- Now add boiled rice, salt, white pepper and soya sauce and mix it nicely.
- In end, put spring onion leaves, mix it nicely and take out it.
