Ingredients:
- Goat feet 6
- Skull with brain 1
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili powder 3 tbsp
- Coriander power 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Cloves 5-6
- Bay leaves 1-2
- Green coriander 4-5
- Onion 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies for garnish
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Lemon for garnish
- Whole ginger for garnish
- All spice powder for garnish
Method:
- Take out brain from skull.
- Put 2-1/2 cup water and turmeric in pot and boil it.
- Then put brain, boil for 4-5 minutes, strain it and keep it aside.
- Now put skull and feet in pan, put 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and onion and tender it for 4-5 hours.
- Heat oil in second pan.
- Then put bay leaves, cloves and small cardamom and roast it.
- Now put 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, yogurt, coriander powder, all spice powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- When masala is ready, add skull, feet and brain and cook on low flame.
- For bhagar: Fry onion and put on skull and feet.
- In end, serve with green chili, whole ginger, fresh coriander and lemon.
