Ingredients:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Bengal gram 50 gm
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Ghee for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk as required

Method:

  1. Grind bengal gram, salt, chopped cumin and onion seeds.
  2. Add butter in flour and knead with milk.
  3. Now make portions.
  4. Then roll long with hands and make portions.
  5. Now fill with lentil mixture.
  6. Now put ghee on tawa, roll portions and fry on tawa.
