Puffy Mince Flan by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250 gm
- Bhuna keema 2 cups
- Boiled eggs 4
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- All spice 1/2 tsp
For White Sauce:
- Butter 1 oz
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Roll puff pastry into 2 portions and spread 1 portion in pie dish.
- For mince: Put mince in white sauce, put boiled eggs, green chilies, coriander leaves and all spice and mix it.
- Then put on rolled pastry.
- Now spread remaining pastry dough on top and brush with eggs.
- Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C.
