Ingredients:
For Buns:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 3 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Kabab:
- Beef mince 300 gm
- Split bengal gram 10 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 3-4
- Bread slices 2-3
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Serving:
- Tomatoes 1-2
- Cucumber 1-2
- Onion 1
- Green chutney as required
Method:
- For buns: Add flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl, mix it and knead it.
- Then leave it in warm place.
- When mixture rises, set in mold and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.
- Take it out and keep it aside.
- For kabab: Add beef mince, bengal gram, red chili powder, all spice powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt and water as required and cook until water dries.
- Now put in chopped, also mix bread slices nicely and make kabab.
- Beat eggs.
- Heat oil in pan, dip kabab in eggs, fry it, take it out and keep it aside.
- For serving: But bun into 2 pieces.
- Spread chutney in lower portion and keep kabab on it.
- Keep onion rings on top and close kabab.
- Keep kabab in serving plate, put green chutney and ketchup and serve.
