Ingredients:

For Samosa Pati:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For pati: Put flour in mixing bowl.
  2. Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead dough and leave it for while.
  3. Then roll roti and make pattiyan.
  4. For filling: Heat oil in pan, put mince and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
  5. Then put chopped onion and fry it.
  6. Then add black pepper, red chili powder, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
  7. Then take it out, put in mixing bowl and cool it.
  8. Now put filling in center of pattiyan.
  9. Then spread egg on edges and close it.
  10. Then heat oil in pan and deep fry samosay.
  11. Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
