Beef Samosa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Samosa Pati:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For pati: Put flour in mixing bowl.
- Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead dough and leave it for while.
- Then roll roti and make pattiyan.
- For filling: Heat oil in pan, put mince and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Then put chopped onion and fry it.
- Then add black pepper, red chili powder, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- Then take it out, put in mixing bowl and cool it.
- Now put filling in center of pattiyan.
- Then spread egg on edges and close it.
- Then heat oil in pan and deep fry samosay.
- Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
