Chicken butter cream

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1 kg
  • cream 1 packet
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • tomatoes 2
  • carrots 2
  • white pepper 3 tsp
  • fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 3 tsp
  • red colour 1 pinch
  • salt 2 tsp
  • dry fenugreek 1 tsp

Method:


Bombay Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • fried onion 1 
  • beef 1 kg
  • cut tomatoes 4
  • small green chilli 10-12
  • salt as required
  • red chilli 1-1/2 tbsp
  • turmeric1-1/2 tbsp
  • garam masala pwd 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 3 pcs
  • coriander 1 bunch
  • mint 1 bunch 
  • tomato slices 2
  • boiled potatoes
  • fried onions 1
  • yogurt 1/2 kl
  • garam masala powder 
  • Jaifal javitri 1/2 tsp
  • yellow colour as req
  • kewara water as req
  • seyla rice 1 kl
  • salt as req
  • garam masala whole 1 tsp

Method:

  1. In hot oil add fried onions then add in the meat , cut tomatoes,green chillies,salt, red chilli powder,turmeric ,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and let the meat cook
  2. Now add in lemon slices,finely chopped coriander, finely chopped mint and tomato slices
  3. Spread in fried onions and boiled potatoes.
  4. Add garam masala powder,jaifal javitri powder,red colour and kewara water to yogurt , mix well and spread this on top of the gravy.
  5. Boil the rice and add whole garam masala and salt.
  6. Add rice to the gravy and keep on dam
  7. Once ready serve while hot
