Chicken Tahiri by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Potatoes 2
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Peas 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion chopped until light golden.
- Now add ginger garlic paste with all spice, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric and chili powder and fry it nicely.
- Then put chopped potatoes and chicken boneless cubes, cover it and cook until both tender.
- Now add yogurt and peas and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put soaked rice with 2 cup water and green chilies, cover it and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Then low flame and simmer it until it is ready.
