Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Orange color 1 pinch
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
Method:
- Blend onion with 1/4 cup water, ginger garlic paste, all spice, salt, chili powder, orange color and lemon juice and marinate chicken with this paste.
- Now add crushed red pepper and whipped yogurt in chicken.
- Heat oil in handi, put chicken with masalay, cover it and cook on low flame.
- When tender and oil comes up, give smoke of coal.
- In end, garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies and serve with naan or parathay.
