Asian Style Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
• Soya sauce 1/2 cup
• Packed brown sugar 1/4 cup
• Crushed garlic 2 cloves
• Tomato puree 1 cup

Method:

1. Marinate chicken drumsticks with soya sauce, brown sugar, garlic and tomato puree.
2. Pour sauce over chicken.
3. Cover, and cook on Low heat till done.
4. You may need to add some water so the sauce doesn’t burn.
