Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Bhindi 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 1 cup
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
- Coconut 1 small piece
- Green chilies 4
- Peanuts 10
- Curry leaves few
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Put mutton, onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, oil and 2 cups hot water in pot and cook it.
- Then put oil, coriander seeds, white cumin, peanuts, coconut and poppy seeds on tawa, roast it lightly and grind it.
- When water of meat dries, put bhindi, roasted & grinded masala, curry leaves, green chilies and tamarind paste and cook on low flame.
- When oil comes up and simmer it for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve bhindi ki kadhi with hot plain rice.
